The Old Blaydonian Association works to keep alive the memories of the secondary schools which served Blaydon and surrounding communities from 1912 through to 1998.

The society has maintained a website since 2001 with the aim of bringing together former staff and former students and ensuring that the valuable contribution the school made to both the lives of those who were part of it and the wider community is not lost.

The site contains a wide range of content, including hundreds of images of staff and students from the earliest days of the school up to its closure, downloadable magazines and memorabilia, and, coming soon, videos of school and association activities.
